Why I’m Running

As a dad with three kids in our local schools, I have a deep personal stake in Strathroy-Caradoc's future. Professionally, I work as a learning consultant and instructional designer. Living, working, and raising a family here, I’ve seen what we can and should do better across our municipality.

Too often, local government relies on reactive fixes, short-term Band-Aids, and vague planning instead of proactive, long-term stewardship. I am running for Ward 2 Council because our families, workers, and seniors deserve a municipal government that values open government, strict fiscal discipline, and real accountability.

True public service means total transparency—no closed-door surprises, but clear access to how decisions are made and how every taxpayer dollar is spent. That philosophy is why our community built this campaign from the ground up, backed by dedicated local residents who signed my nomination papers and by honest, boots-on-the-ground conversations on doorsteps across Ward 2.
