• Progressive Infrastructure Stewardship & Asset Management: Stopping emergency repairs by establishing dedicated capital reserves and 30-to-50-year lifecycle maintenance mandates.
• Open Government & Uncompromising Transparency: Building a live, public-facing GIS asset tracking portal and a digital delegation tracker so residents can see exactly how council votes.
• Local Economic Growth & Accountable Procurement: Implementing strict legal anti-overrun laws with milestone penalties for corporate contractors, alongside public RFP open-data portals.
• Targeted Policies for Mount Brydges: Prioritizing safe routes to schools and parks, development-linked green space mandates to protect our tree canopies, and dedicated preservation of the Caradoc Community Centre.
